2nd Annual Photography Competition @ MPL!
The Muskogee Area Literacy Council is sponsoring their 2nd annual photo competition to promote literacy. This year's theme is "Love of Learning" while showing the importance of literacy. All photos must be in by Monday, March 12 at 9pm. Photographs will be displayed and judged by the public Wed, March 14 through Thur, March 29 at Muskogee Public Library. Remember to be creative. Work out of the box. Think about what you love to learn and how being literate was important for you to be able to learn it.For more information or if you have questions please contact:

Universal Class @ MPL!
Choose from over 500 different classes to take online, at your pace. Classes don't count as college credit, but potentially can count as continuing education credit (CEUs) for your workplace. Take a class for fun or for professional development. Classes range from accounting to digital photography to parenting & family to algebra and much, much more!
Free Genealogy Classes
A Genealogy on the Internet class is held the first Thursday of each month. A Basic Genealogy how-to class is held the first Tuesday of each month. Contact the genealogy department to sign up and/or for more information.
