Interested participants will compose a work based on one of two themes. Traveling the World involves writing a fiction or non-fiction piece in which the characters travel to a different part of the world. Immersed in the Culture requires a piece, fiction or non-fiction, in which the subject matter pertains to a particular world culture or ethnic group.
